Due to Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain’s injury, Liverpool’s summer transfer plans may need to be revised. Jurgen Klopp is likely to dip right back into the market for a new face to bolster his midfield ranks.
The England international’s hamstring issue, which has often plagued him while at Anfield, is expected to keep him out of action until October, thereby causing a setback in Liverpool’s depth in the center of the field.
The Daily Express claims that Chamberlain’s injury could convince Klopp to look at adding a new midfielder to his options before the season kicks-off.

But with all that is going on, Jude Bellingham of Borussia Dortmund is still Liverpool’s top target in the transfer market, but any approach for the youngster is likely to be delayed until next summer due to Dortmund’s reluctance to let go of their star midfielder for the time being.
